Russ Smith grew up in a suburb
of St. Paul, Minnesota where he met his wife Judy of 31years. Russ and Judy have three children Nick, Chad and Seena.
In 1981 Russ signed as a free agent with the Minnesota Vikings.
Russ has over
29 years of experience as an accomplished Senior Operations Executive and Entrepreneur with a successful history of building
and achieving operational performance excellence.
Russ
has been a corporate officer with Travelocity and Vertical Alliance and played a key role in developing, implementing
and executing business strategies. Russ is currently Senior Vice President of Global Service Delivery with
TeleTech responsible for providing world class service for strategic Global 1000 customers in the Business Process Outsourcing
industry.
Russ was the co-founder of Video Update a movie rental retail chain. Russ was instrumental in developing, implementing
and executing a business plan that grew Video Update into a 50 store national franchise chain. Russ has been involved as an
entrepreneur in the restaurant, night club and commercial development sectors.
Russ currently worked with his wife Judy to launch
her new business venture Scratch n Sniff Pet Sitting a business focused on offering a variety of pet care options including companionship
within the client’s pet’s home environment and comfort zone and offering pet products.
Russ also has an equity position in The Law Offices of Nicholas R. Smith (Law firm focused on providing legal services in the areas of
Criminal Law, Family Law and Personal Injury) and Dentures Online, Inc. (Where the Consumer has the ability to purchase dentures online! --- affordable - convenient - quality)
